該係列工件預熱保溫爐外框架均採用型鋼和鋼闆製造。爐內膽材質均為耐熱不鏽鋼闆製造（特殊要求採用鑄鋁內膽），外覆闆與爐膽之間填優質矽酸鋁棉隔熱保溫，箱式和臥式爐根據要求配有熱風循環風機，通過風機將電熱管産生的熱量均勻吹送到爐膛內的被加熱工件上對工件進行加熱，使爐膛內形成一個溫度較均勻的熱循環係統。
該係列工件預熱保溫爐廣泛適用於滌綸、錦綸、丙綸等化纖行業的各種紡絲工件、過濾器及熱熔性塑料擠出成型設備上的模頭、機件的預熱保溫，也適用於科研單位和實驗室的幹燥、烘焙、熱處理之用。該設備具有升溫速度快、溫度均勻性好，控溫精度高，操作方便等優點。（特殊要求可代為設計製造）
Work piece preheat insulation oven
The outer frames of the ovens are all made with section steel plate. lnner wall material is heat-resistant stainless steel(aluminum casing for special requirement). Aluminum silicate wool is filled between external pad and inter furnace for heat preservation. Box type and horizontal oven should be allocated with hot air recirculation fan in accordance with the requirements.By fan, heat produced by electric heating pipe is bloen to work piece in the hearth ready for heat.Thus a heat circulation system with a uniform temperature in the hearth has been formed.
